Perfaqesues te shqiptareve, qe jetojne ne Republiken e Malit te Zi, po shprehin shqetesim mbi pengesat qe hasin ne perdorimin e gjuhes amtare shqipe ne shkolla dhe toponimet shqipe, ne trevat e populluara kryeshisht nga shqiptaret. Kryetari i Kuvendit te Komunes Urbane te Tuzit, Nikolle Camaj, thote se mungesa e nje statusi te plote ligjor te Komunes se Tuzit po krijon hapsire per zvoglimin e perqindjes se popullates shqiptare ne kete treve.
