Joomla Template Rockettheme KineticKinetic,
the February 2010 Club Template release, has a versatile and flexible
design, styled with scrupulous precision, and founded on the
functional, feature rich Gantry v2.0 core.
The theme's
impressive collection of preset styles, and complimentary module
variations are key to the design's appeal, offering an array of
stylistic tools to refine your content. Kinetic also sports a triple
level splitmenu, similar to the menu system deployed on the RocketTheme
site, as well as Fusion still being available.

Gantry Framework Version 2.0
Kinetic
is the built with the Gantry Framework, version 2.0, which includes
powerful features such as menu item control, RTL support, custom
presets and many more. This is all on top of the first generation
features, making Gantry the most noticeable, and far reaching feature
of the template.
Gantry is, as a basic definition, A framework
used for assembling, building and maintaining a RocketTheme template.
It is an advanced platform for dramatically extending the capabilities
of the entire theming system of Joomla.
8 Style Variations in High, Med and Low Modes
Kinetic
has 8 preset styles / style variations with each having 3 different
detail levels: High, Medium & Low. You can edit these combinations
with the Gantry administrator at Extensions → Template Manager →
rt_kinetic_j15.
Additionally, each style variation has 4 colour
modes for the Showcase area as well as a transparent option which
again, you can configure in the Template Manager.
RTL Support
Template
side RTL support from the Fusion menu to the Typography. This is in
conjunction with Gantry version 2.0's RTL support for the automatic
flipping of the grid system.
If Joomla is set to RTL mode, in
its language settings, the Kinetic template will automatically adjust
to its RTL layout. The modules will invert inside a row, such as
showcase-a and showcase-f being in alternate locations; the various
template elements such as the breadcrumbs and typography will also
flip; and also the menu will adjust accordingly (ensure you are using
the latest version of RokNavMenu however).
